Job Summary:
A Customer Service Representative is responsible for engaging with customers on behalf of the company. Duties include answering phone calls and/or emails from customers to take product orders, respond to questions, participate in meetings with the customer service team to discover new communication tactics and maintain expert knowledge about company products or services to best assist our customers.
